The tri-meaning signal flag codes are Tango, Xray, One (TX1) which when hoisted together vertically on the main mast of a ship means... "I am engaged in fisheries patrol" Based on the International regulations for communications codes and signals at sea and in this case Ice navigation. On the front centre of the mug is a vintage illustration of a Morse code operator key, the NATO phonetic spelling of each letter along with the Morse codes of the radiotelephony version of the message. This lovely, colourful mug is perfect for nautical family members, maritime colleagues, boating friends, or anyone who loves ships and the sea.
